Product care, shipping, replacements, and how our small team works.
how should I use and care for my stars?
Slide the clips into place rather than forcing them through a large section of hair. Avoid bending, crushing, high heat, and harsh chemicals. Small surface marks from regular use are normal.
when will my order be sent?
We are a small Sydney business and pack orders ourselves. Please allow a few business days for dispatch, particularly during launches or busy periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking when your parcel leaves us.
where do you ship and how long will delivery take?
Available destinations, shipping rates, and current delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and starts after dispatch. Tracking is the best place to follow your parcel; contact us if it appears stuck.
do you accept returns?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty, we do offer a new set. Please see note below this.
what if my set is faulty?
If your set arrives faulty or has a genuine defect beyond reasonable wear, email hello@stellrmade.com with your order number and clear photos. Once we have assessed and confirmed the issue, we will make it right, usually by sending a replacement pair. You generally will not need to send broken stars back; donate them if they remain usable, or dispose of them responsibly if they do not.
when can I expect a reply?
We are a small team, not a call centre. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, although launches and weekends may take a little longer. Include your order number when you have one so we can help faster.
