How should I use and care for my stars?

Slide the clips into place instead of forcing them through a large section of hair. Avoid bending, crushing, high heat, and harsh chemicals. Small surface marks from regular use are normal.

When will my order be sent?

We are a small Sydney business and pack orders ourselves. Please allow a few business days for dispatch, particularly during launches or busy periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking once your parcel leaves us.

Where do you ship?

Available destinations, shipping rates, and current delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and begins after dispatch.

Do you accept returns?

We do not offer change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my pair is faulty?

If your pair arrives faulty or has a genuine defect beyond reasonable wear, email hello@stellrmade.com with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will make it right, usually with a replacement pair. You generally will not need to send broken stars back. Donate them if they remain usable, or dispose of them responsibly if they do not.

When can I expect a reply?

We are a small team, not a call centre. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, although launches and weekends may take a little longer.
