Shopping with Stellr

By placing an order with Stellr Made, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version published here applies to your order.

Orders and availability

Product availability and pricing are shown at checkout. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but may need to correct an error or cancel an order if stock, pricing, or product information is incorrect. If that happens, we will contact you.

Shipping

We are a small Sydney business and pack orders ourselves. Dispatch timing, delivery estimates, and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, but we will help where we can if a parcel appears stuck.

Returns and defects

We do not offer change-of-mind returns. If a pair arrives faulty or has a genuine defect beyond reasonable wear, contact hello@stellrmade.com with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will make it right, usually with a replacement pair. This does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
